At Moore's Minifigures, we take the security of every transaction seriously. As a retailer of collectible and retired LEGO products — many of which carry significant market value — we maintain active fraud prevention measures to protect both our customers and our business.

Order Verification

All orders are screened at the time of placement using automated risk analysis tools integrated into our checkout platform. Orders flagged as high-risk may be subject to additional verification before fulfillment, including identity confirmation, address validation, or payment method verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified to our satisfaction, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.

Address & Payment Matching

We require that billing and shipping information provided at checkout be accurate and verifiable. Orders where the billing address does not match the payment method on file, or where shipping is requested to a freight forwarder or reshipping service, may be held for manual review or cancelled outright.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Moore's Minifigures maintains detailed records of all transactions, including order confirmation, fulfillment tracking, and delivery confirmation. In the event of a disputed charge, we will provide full documentation to the relevant payment processor or financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks — where a customer disputes a legitimate, fulfilled order — will be contested in full. We reserve the right to permanently ban any customer found to have filed a fraudulent dispute from placing future orders.

Suspicious Activity

We monitor for patterns consistent with fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to: multiple orders placed with different payment methods to the same address, bulk purchases of high-demand retired sets without prior communication, and repeated account creation following a ban. Such activity will result in order cancellation and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Moore's Minifigures is not liable for orders fulfilled to the address provided at checkout where delivery confirmation has been obtained. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and secure at the time of order placement.

Review Moderation

Reviews are moderated solely for compliance with our content guidelines — not for sentiment. A review will only be removed if it is demonstrably fraudulent, posted by a non-customer, or violates applicable platform policies.
