Refund policy

Moore's Minifigures | Return & Refund Policy 2026

At Moore's Minifigures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, and we do not make exceptions to this policy regardless of the reason. We ask that all customers carefully review their orders before completing a purchase.

In the rare event that we, at our sole and exclusive discretion, choose to authorize a return, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels nor will we reimburse any shipping expenses incurred. Additionally, the original shipping charge paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. Any approved refund will be issued solely for the original purchase price of the item and nothing more. All returns must receive explicit written authorization from us prior to being shipped back — any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

This policy applies universally and without exception, including but not limited to cases of buyer’s remorse, duplicate orders, gifting errors, or change of mind. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
